Experience with teams who have transitioned from waterfall to agile. (Preferably scrum, not a focus on Safe framework) 2. Coaching, mentoring and leading teams with Scrum. 3. High quality communication skills experience talking with Executive leadership. 4. Focused on helping teams become self-managing, not just attending, or running the scrum meetings. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment. Experience: Experience in software development, SDLC or IT project management Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification. Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, ADO, or similar project management software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Experience moving from waterfall to Agile Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Certification: Advanced Agile certifications such as Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the specific industry or domain related to the companys products and services.
