Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of intricate process automation and management solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud. Demonstrate a deep understanding of architectural principles related to building and integrating cloud applications. Exhibit strong leadership skills by guiding project teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across the organization. Utilize hands-on experience with Salesforce tools like Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to build and customize solutions. Leverage extensive experience in implementing and supporting large-scale Salesforce Service Cloud organizations. Essential Skills: Proven ability to design and lead the build of complex process management solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud. High proficiency in process design and data modeling. Solid understanding of cloud application architecture principles and integration best practices. Demonstrated thought leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a track record of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on expertise with Salesforce development tools (Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, Visualforce). Extensive experience in implementing and supporting large Salesforce Service Cloud organizations. Desirable Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM and a solid understanding of HR organization configuration. Experience building customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget). Proficiency in complex data conversion modeling.
