Description: This role supports the IT Service Management (ITSM) teams Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) initiative to provide the enterprise an enhanced asset management experience. Responsibilities include: Extensive experience in developing and consuming APIs, with a focus on Restful APIs, and a deep understanding of API design principles. b. Strong knowledge of scripting languages, Javascript, Powershell, etc. for building automation scripts. c. Ability to design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and orchestration. d. Experience on APIGee, Ansible, Amelia is a plus. a. Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items UIs and variables. b. Experience in the use of both Native Catalog Module as well as Catalog Builder c. Experience in the use of both Workflows module and Flow Designer Extensive experience in developing and consuming APIs, with a focus on Restful APIs, and a deep understanding of API design principles. b. Strong knowledge of scripting languages, Javascript, Powershell, etc. for building automation scripts. c. Ability to design and implement complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and orchestration. d. Experience on APIGee, Ansible, Amelia is a plus. a.
