Location : Boston, MA Contract : Long Term Rate : Open / hr JD: We have an opportunity, where we need domain knowledge. Im adding everyone here to help with the search. We have 3 more roles being sent over to us. All these roles need to be onshore. Summary of the call for context: Client is looking for Capgemini to provide a POD and help them with an a cceleration program for consolidating their platform into one. Platforms currently being sunset : Propoint and RIMS Status : Propoint is 40% complete ; some documentation is done. RIMS has one technical person on the team. Current open role : Support for (Chetna- VP Engineering) System Analyst Role : Document gaps for consolidation. Review technical debt and gaps. Reverse engineer code and create a roadmap with stories for migration. Domain Knowledge and Tools : Need domain knowledge in the industry. Use Gantt charts and pivot views to determine new modules. Replatform effort: Propoint and RIMS will transition to Compass. Look for both business and technology gaps. Timeline and Goals : 2024: Lay the foundation. 2025: Execute and build out. Currently 6 weeks behind schedule. Aim for fair competitive pricing. Motivated team members should be present for F2F meetings to drive progress. Technology Stack : Current: Microsoft on-prem tech stack, mostly .NET. Future: Moving towards modern .NET. Looking for 30-40 hours a week. Could potentially ramp from 40 hours to 30 through Q4 depending on structure and work completed through Q3.
