Position : SAP S/4 HANA Implementation Consultant Location : REMOTE Duration: : 6 months contract Visa : USC/GC Interview mode:: video Job Description: Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Record to Report GL module, ensuring seamless integration with existing accounting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external consultants, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget project completion. Conduct thorough gap analysis to identify and address discrepancies between current and desired financial reporting processes. Design and implement best practices for data collection, processing, and reporting to optimize financial reporting accuracy and efficiency. Provide subject matter expertise on SAP S/4HANA functionalities, particularly related to GL and Record to Report processes. Facilitate user training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations throughout the implementation process. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented solution, making adjustments as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification highly preferred. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, specifically in the Record to Report GL module, within large global organizations. Strong functional accounting background with a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting processes. Experience working in or with Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.
