Business System Analyst
(SAP SD and RAR experience)

Location : Bay Area, CA ( day 1 onsite)

Mandate things to look for : SAP SD and RAR experience

Responsibilities :

         Facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping workshops.

         Perform gap analysis (as is functionality versus to be functionality)

         Participate in end-to-end activities related to implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management

         Help personalize and humanize the customer experience while at the same time accomplishing future business scalability

         Document the customer journey and identify ways to improve existing customer pain points based on process optimization, technology, change management, or communication

         Help uncomplicate the work environment of tomorrow by forecasting scalable solutions and when they need to be ready to be delivered to positively influence the customer journey

         Work with the business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences for team members and customers

         Work based on Agile digital execution and communicate across multiple cross teams to ensure successful project delivery

         Translate yServiceNow recommendations to senior leadership to gain agreement, affect change and influence long term digital strategies

         Help create customer solutions to affect organizational transformational in the face of a digital-first new landscape

         Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements

         Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working with product management and engineering teams.

         Participate in the creation of a catalog of key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata

         Lead system feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design

         Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phases

         Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams

         Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others

         Create special ad-hoc reports, database queries, and status reports

         Incorporate security recommendations into stakeholder requirements

         Lead multiple projects and trains and/or mentors other team members, peers and clients as appropriate

         Investigate complex strategic business issues, researching and identifying inventive solutions

         Collaborate with executive stakeholders to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions

         Design BI dashboards, scorecards, charts/graphs, drill-downs, and dynamic reports to meet new information needs

         Lead the creation of a catalog of Key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata

         Serve as a resource for human performance architects as they evaluate training and performance support needs and design training and performance support products

         Inform technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project

         Complete all appropriate documentation required by developers, QA analysts, deployment team, and operation support team that will maintain the Application

         Ensure security requirements built into final solution design

Skills :

         BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience

         5+ years of work experience with progressively increasing responsibility

         Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement

         Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML

         Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral)

         Ability to Perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis

         Advanced proficiency using various Microsoft Office desktop products
