| Telecom Architect REMOTE Scope: * Solution Design & Implementation * Hardware & Change Control Management * Managed Service Provider Collaboration * Service Level Management * Continuous Improvement * Documentation & Training * Stakeholder Collaboration 2.2 Resource / Role Responsibility: Telecom Architect - Offshore * Design and implement scalable Cisco Collaboration solutions. * Seamlessly integrate AV solutions with current telecom infrastructure. * Ensure alignment with industry best practices and company standards. * Regularly update systems, including patching and upgrades on Cisco Call Manager. * Manage SSL certificate renewals. * Support MRNA phones, voice gateways, Cisco 4431 SIP routers, call route paths, cloud calling, and softphone configurations. * E911 and Cisco Flex licensing * Support remote hardware replacement processes, including repairing or replacing defective equipment with the use of Cisco TAC * Implement and oversee change control processes, ensuring all change risks are communicated and documented. * Raise, assess, and approve change requests, ensuring clear business justifications. * Partner with the managed telecom service provider to refine solution designs and ensure prompt implementations. * Act as the primary contact for technical escalations, solving intricate issues in collaboration. * Oversee system access and regularly audit internal access. * Oversee Service Level Management, ensuring compliance with Service Level Objectives (SLO). * Monitor SLO metrics, ensuring no deviations. * Periodically review and enhance the telecom framework in line with emerging business requirements. * Remain updated on the newest trends in Cisco Collaboration and AV solutions. * Create comprehensive documentation for all solutions. * Educate internal teams on the latest technologies for seamless transitions. * Collaborate with key stakeholders to ascertain requirements and gather feedback. * Offer guidance on telecom best practices to internal departments. -- NOTE: email is the best way to reach me Raja Nestor Technologies email: [email protected] -- Keywords: information technology Telecom Architect || REMOTE [email protected] |
