The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Investran installations at financial firms. Key Responsibilities: Support and optimize Investran installations to ensure the investment process runs smoothly. Collaborate closely with the fund accounting team to advance the use of Investran in daily operations. Participate in in-person meetings with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. Provide hands-on, on-site support, differentiating from remote FIS resources to meet the immediate needs of the team. Requirements: Proven experience supporting Investran installations Background working for FIS or directly within investment firms using Investran technology. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to be onsite in Boston as needed and attend necessary meetings in person.
