Must be able to interview well and communicate their level of skills/experience The ideal candidate will have a background in developing cost-effective information technology solutions in accordance with client specifications. Candidate will design, implement, test, debug, and document complex software applications, and may assist in monitoring project schedules and costs. Typical projects are targeted at commercial and military customers. Current C++ experience and Object-Oriented development concepts are required. Job Responsibilities : Write efficient, modular, and well-documented software code. Coordinate with teammates to define and implement software requirements. Implement, test, debug, and document complex software application. Report on software development status as well as demonstrate software to customers. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering 3-5 years of commercial software development experience. 2+ years of C++ and Java development experience. Object Oriented software development knowledge and experience. Relational Database (SQL Server, Oracle or equivalent) knowledge and experience.
