Salesforce Platform: Lightning Development (LWC/Aura), Salesforce Copado, Azure DevOps, Automation workflows, security and incident management.

Responsibilities
:

Develop and design solution for application to fulfill the business requirement. Document the architecture and propose solution to client.  Co-ordinate with integration team and Vendor teams to create case related to product issue/limitations. Lead the team to implement the approved design solution and guide the team to production deployment

1. Solution incidents, problems, changes, and requests with DoITT required documentation standards. 

2. Document complete solution following SDLC principles with Implementation Plan, Test Plan, Backout Plan, Impact and Risk.

3. Design and Develop solutions on critical path which require expedited response.  

4. Lead and mentor engineers and DoITT engineers by facilitating KT sessions and development reviews. 

5. Document standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for the support team. 

6. Ability to design and document the technical solution, review it internally with leadership.   

7. Provide estimations for break/fix or new minor enhancement. 

8. Mentor or guide the IBM team related to technical issues in salesforce application or integration components. Contribute towards knowledge articles and lessons learned 

9. Unit test solutions in development environments before promotion to QA environment. 

10. Provide estimates for requirements, creation of solution, unit test case, execution and documentation. 

11. Escalate issue to L4 (Vendor) when needed. 

12. Help the IBM team for technical issues in salesforce application or integrations. 

13. Report on tickets worked, resolved or blockers. Highlight issue/risk or help needed during daily stand-up meeting. 

14. On-call for selected off shift hours.
