ROLE #3 Job title: Mechanical Engineering Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite from day1) Experience: 6 to 10 Years NOTE: Mechanical design profile with semiconductors experience and Unigraphics NX Job Description: Masters degree in mechanical engineering with 6-8 years experience/ masters in mechanical engineering with 5+ years in Machine design. Semiconductor or Special Purpose Machine design experience preferred. Must have current working experience of at least 2 years in Unigraphics NX and Team centre Engineering. Understanding of manufacturing processes, welding, machined parts, sheet metal Knowledge of Materials -Aluminium, stainless steel grades, Plastics suitable Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing applied to complex engineering drawings Generate and maintain Bill of materials Ability to create Manufacturing drawings without supervision and review Strong in GD&T, stackup analysis and DFMEA FEA and ability to work with FEA Analysts, provide inputs to them, review results with them and make improvement suggestions ROLE #4 Job Title : Central Systems and Electrical Architecture Work location : Lisle, Illinois - Day Onsite (within 30-40 miles) Rate: 55/hr on C2C Job Description-Central Systems and Electrical Architecture Responsibilities Bachelors degree in engineering, Engineering Technology or Computer Science At least 5 years of experience in product design/development and/or computer science experience Development of electrical system specifications and requirements Lead development of system FMEA documentation Definition of and participation in execution of system test processes Problem solving and implementing solutions to hardware and control software issues Work in a team and contribute to the continuous improvement activities through participation in Lean projects, technical knowledge capture, process improvements etc. Desired Skills Experience in functional areas, such as Electric Vehicle Electronics, Embedded vehicle electronics, Central system functionality (i.e. Odometer, Power Controls, etc), Vehicle Communications and Network, Cybersecurity Embedded hardware design and development experience Experience with Vehicle, Powertrain, or Engine Controls System design Experience with engineering and quality design and development methodologies: (8D, FMEA, DVP&R) CAN and/or J1939 development and debugging experience.
