This role is pivotal in supporting our investment accounting team and enhancing the capabilities of Investran. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Investran installations at financial firms and a strong understanding of fund accounting and investment management processes. Key Responsibilities: Support and Optimization: Support and optimize Investran installations to ensure the investment process runs smoothly. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the fund accounting team to advance the use of Investran in daily operations. In-Person Meetings: Participate in in-person meetings with team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. On-Site Support: Provide hands-on, on-site support, differentiating from remote FIS resources to meet the immediate needs of the team. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience supporting Investran installations. Background: Background working for FIS or directly within investment firms using Investran technology. Knowledge: Strong understanding of fund accounting and the investment management process. Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Availability: Willingness to be onsite in Boston as needed and attend necessary meetings in person.
