In this role, the Sr. Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating automated test to validate their Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goal. Position Overview : Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology/AI tools Create and identify different test scenarios and conditions thats needs to be automated Must have basic Point-of-sale knowledge (Preferably NCR Aloha) An Individual who has excellent written and oral communication skills capable of prioritizing and has the potential to multi-task work. Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failures Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in QA space. Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues Ability to work independently as well in a team, seeking guidance as needed Responsible for identifying and creating different test scenarios on a day-to-day basis. Create and execute Automated tests in Fresh AI QA Labs on a day-to-day basis.
