| From: Karan Chaudhary, TEK Inspirations LLC [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: HCM Time Tracking Consultant Offshore Duration: 5 months Location Preference: Bangalore/Remote Time & Attendance resource needed to support global implementation. - SAP Certified Associate SAP SuccessFactors Time Management - Time Sheet/Time Tracking implementation experience required - Strong communication skill to talk to stakeholders and manage their expectation without compromise the global template - Very strong hold on business rules for EC & Time (Validation Rules, Calculation Rules, Decision Rules, etc) - Should be proficient in configuring MDF objects, Workflows & Succession Data Models - Technical hands-on role, therefore comfortable creating and/or modifying the following objects: Time type, Time Recording Profile, Time profile, Time Valuations, Time Type Groups, Time Filters, etc. UPDATE on Travel - If consultants are not from Bangalore, they will need to travel.
