Title: Guidewire Practice Manager (PNC Domain, ACE certification) Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months Contract Job Description: Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives. Analyze business processes and translate requirements into Guidewire functional specifications and/or story card for Policy Center configuration. Bring in thought leadership and provide solutions to align the solution aligned with OOTB best practices, Conduct product gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement and optimization. Provide subject matter expertise in Personal Property / Auto / Umbrella lines of business. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Guidewire platform with Extensive hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementation. 10+ years of experience in Insurance projects Strong understanding of Personal Property, Personal Auto, or Personal Umbrella lines of business. Proven track record of leading successful Policy Center implementations from inception to post-production support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Guidewire cloud certification(s) preferred.
