| Hi, Position: SailPoint Developer. Type: C2C Location: Pittsburg, PA Job Description: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Privacy Auditor/Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in data privacy and will be responsible for conducting privacy audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This role will report to the Data Privacy Office/Officer/Consultant and help in maintaining the highest standards of data privacy within the organization. Responsibilities: Privacy Audits: Conduct regular audits of data privacy practices to ensure compliance with US and EU regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Assessments: Perform privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and data protection impact assessments (DPIAs) to identify potential privacy risks. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, including recommendations for corrective actions and improvements. Policy Review: Assist in the review and update of data privacy policies and procedures to align with regulatory changes and industry best practices. Compliance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies. Risk Identification: Identify and assess data privacy risks, and work with the Senior Data Privacy Consultant to develop mitigation strategies. Training Support: Support the development and delivery of data privacy training programs for employees. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all audits, assessments, and related activities. Years of experience needed Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data privacy, auditing, or a related field. Technical Skills: Technical Skills: Familiarity with privacy management tools and data protection technologies. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess privacy risks. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present audit findings clearly and concisely. Work Authorization: Must be based in the US and possess valid work authorization. Certifications Needed: Education: Bachelors degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, or other relevant privacy certifications are a plus.
