Demonstrated capability to comprehend complex systems quickly. 1-2 years of experience with Siebel CRM Financial Services (Preferred). 1-2 years of experience with Medicare program (Preferred) 1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Zephry, Requirement Yogi (MANDATORY) 1-2 years of experience working in Call-Canter applications Prior experience with Agile or SAFe software development . Must have Agile or SAFe Development experience. Must have BA or BS degree in Information Technology or equivalent Additional Notes: Candidate may be asked to travel to customer site (Baltimore) or call centers operating around the country; expected travel 1%. Expenses fully covered. No sponsorship available for this position. Must be within 50 miles of an NGS/EH office to be eligible for conversion to associate.
