| Look for locals and 10+ years profiles. OIL & GAS Industry Must Job Role: SAP ABAP Developer Location: Houston, TX Job Description: Develop, test, and deploy custom SAP ABAP programs and reports. Design and implement user exits, enhancements, and BADI (Business Add-Ins). Work with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI, and HR to create and modify SAP objects. Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with SAP best practices and coding standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Optimize and improve existing ABAP programs for performance and scalability. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development. Strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEFW). Experience with SAP workflows, IDocs, and BAPIs. Knowledge of SAP HANA and Fiori/UI5 development is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
