Knowledge of general SaaS architecture and related components in deploying SaaS solutions covering data, infrastructure, security Experience as a solution architect on at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of Workday HCM 1-2 large end-to-end implementations or 3-4 small end-to-end implementations within HCM, with a demonstrated deep knowledge of configuration and architecture Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence Minimum 5 years experience in Workday Integrations and implementation Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools and technologies, including EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Studio, and Workday API. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Experience with implementation and delivery using Workday tools including Prism, Adaptive, Extend, APIs, RaaS Motivated, self-starter, who can work independently or with cross-functional, collaborative teams Workday Integrations Certification is required to be completed upon hiring Experienced in development methodology (Agile / Lean, DevOps) and life cycle methodology.
