Job Description of Role* (RNR) (Mandatory - Minimum 500 words) Program Manager - Data/AI About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables. Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Primary (Must have skills)* Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success.
