Job Summary:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assess change impact; develop and implement change management strategies and plans that minimize user resistance and maximize user engagement.
Ensure an integrated project/change management approach.
Create and nurture a network of change champions across the organization to participate in driving change.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product features, benefits, and user impact to tailor change management activities.
Design and deliver engaging user education, including training materials, tutorials, webinars, job aids, and FAQs to foster user competence and confidence.
Lead effective communications that clearly articulate the change, the rationale behind it, and the benefits to the user. Leading communications includes creating the deliverables.
Create feedback mechanisms to gauge user sentiment, usage patterns, and areas for improvement.
Facilitate the adoption of new products or features through targeted user outreach, advocacy programs, and community building.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure success.
Stay abreast of change management best practices, trends in technology adoption, and user experience to continually improve our approach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, organization development, or related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience working in a technology professional services, product, or consulting environment. Experience working in client-facing roles is a must.
Change management certification in a best practice change methodology is required; Prosci/ADKAR is preferred. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Proven history of developing and implementing successful change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and business readiness in support of enterprise-level process improvement or technology implementation (e.g., Salesforce).
Demonstrated success in planning and executing organizational change strategies, communications programs, training programs and materials, and performance metrics.
Detail-oriented, proactive, self-starter who advises on most effective strategies to successfully manage change.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) communication skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
A commitment to becoming proficient in partner and technology applications that support key customer deployments.
Experience in IT/Business Process transformational initiatives.
Experience executing change management on Salesforce implementations, including developing training materials for Lightning.

Prefer certification in one or more of the following:
SF Certified Associate
SF Certified Administrator
SF Platform Developer I

ADDITIONALQUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in project/program management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.

Experience in higher education domain
