http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1613045&uid= From: Aditya Raj, Vyze [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title: Business Analyst/QA Tester Location: Frankfort, KY Duration: Long-term Contract Need Candidate with LinkedIn ** Client is looking BA/QA Tester with mixed experience as a Business Analyst and QA Testing ** Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to): The BA/Tester will be a member of a team who will be responsible for: - Writing test plans and testing critical eligibility applications - Participating in JAD discussions and reviewing design documents to understand the testing requirements - Working with OATS Business Analysts as well as System Vendor staff to review and select test cases compiled by the system vendor - Compiling knowledge of Medicaid, Kentucky Transitional Assistance Program (KTAP), Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP) policies and applying this knowledge to complete thorough system testing - Documenting defects and collaborate with a team to ensure fixes have been applied correctly - Completing smoke testing and providing support after major production releases Required Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of experience! - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Product Suites (Word, Excel, and Visio). - 3-5+ years working in a Business Analyst/Systems Testing position. - Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions, and verifying - solutions meet requirements. - Strong understanding of SDLC methodology. - Ability to handle extreme workloads with general direction. - Relationship management and facilitation skills. - Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient problem-solving skills. - Strong decision-making ability. - Must be adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment. - Must be detail oriented. - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in conjunction with team members. - Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential.
