MOI: Skype Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP EH&S Implementation Consultant to support the design and integration of SAP S/4HANA EH&S solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to customize solutions that align with their specific requirements, ensuring adherence to EH&S regulations and leading practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing SAP EH&S modules and a deep understanding of environmental, health, and safety processes within various industries. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for EH&S solutions. Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4HANA EH&S modules to meet client needs. Customize SAP EH&S solutions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Provide expertise in SAP EH&S functionalities including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational Health. Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP EH&S capabilities and best practices. Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, functional specifications, and test plans. Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the successful deployment of EH&S solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including SAP technical consultants, to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of EH&S solutions. Stay current with SAP S/4HANA EH&S updates and industry trends to continuously improve the solutions offered to clients. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP EH&S implementation, with a focus on S/4HANA. Strong understanding of EH&S regulations and standards. Proven experience in customizing and integrating SAP EH&S modules, including Product Safety, Dangerous Goods Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Occupational Health. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members. Experience leading workshops and training sessions. Ability to develop detailed project documentation and functional specifications. Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and project management. Willingness to travel to client sites as required. Preferred Qualifications: SAP EH&S certification. Experience in multiple industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. Knowledge of other SAP modules and their integration with EH&S. Experience with Agile project management methodologies. Familiarity with SAP Fiori and other SAP user experience tools.
