Extensive knowledge of SAP Convergent Mediation components and architecture. Proven ability to create medium-complex workflows incorporating real-time/batch processes, aggregations/correlations, and APL/ULTRA languages. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate client requirements and determine feasibility within CM capabilities.Responsibilities: Evaluate client requirements to determine feasibility within the capabilities of SAP Convergent Mediation, ensuring realistic expectations and avoiding unsupported functionalities. Develop and implement medium-complex workflows using SAP Convergent Mediation components, including: Real-time and batch processing Data aggregations and correlations APL (Application Programming Language) and ULTRA (Unified Language for Telecommunication and Revenue Assurance) languages Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, providing expert guidance on the best use of Convergent Mediation. Design, develop, and test CM solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Convergent Mediation implementations, ensuring high availability and performance.
