Experience with multi-threaded/ performance intensive applications Solid understanding and experience with Object-Oriented design and development Strong Analysis, Design and Development Skills Familiarity with source control systems (Git/TFS) and continuous build Good experience in RDBMS(Oracle/ MSSQL) Strong Communication Skills Good problem-solving skills Good to have experience with Agile methodologies would be useful Designing and implementing .NET based applications Analysing user requirements to inform application design Defining application objectives and functionality Aligning application design with business goals5.
