I would appreciate it if you can provide the best time and number to reach you to discuss this further Title: SAP Basis Admin Location: Atlanta, GA (need Local Only) Client: HCL experience : 12+ years SAP Basis Admin Overall senior level SAP Basis resource with 7+ years of SAP basis experience installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performing system administration tasks on SAP ABAP and Java systems in a UNIX or Linux environment. Must be able to work during business hours. Will need to perform tasks after hours as needed. Expected to be able to organize and provide useful status on large tasks and work independently. Must be able to direct and collaborate with OS, DBA, and development resources as needed. Will need to be included in on-call rotation where resource will perform scheduled changes and handle problem calls across multiple SAP applications. On-call rotation last 1 week and includes providing coverage on weekends. On-call is expected to be available 24/7. Must have heavy experience with SAP application BOBJ 4.x and some experience with SAP application PO 7.x or another SAP Java-based application. Also like to see experience with the following SAP applications: ECC 6.xx, BW 7.x, Portal 7.x, GRC 10.x or higher, NetWeaver Gateway 7.x, and Solution Manager 7.x. Need experience with SAP transport management configuration and troubleshooting. Experience with ChaRM for transport management is a plus. Must understand how to perform SAP system copies. Expected to maintain SAP basis configuration and procedure documentation. Needs ability to configure and troubleshoot SAP application integration with DB2 LUW or HANA but DBA experience is not required. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. To independently resolve tickets and esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level sup port and doing incident and problem management Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
