Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and to complete tasks with minimal management oversight. Required Skills : At least 6+ years of general Window and Linux server support is required. Troubleshoot and resolve Windows operating systems issues and Linux operating systems issues. Manage operational changes and incidents, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to protocols. Perform routine checks and backups to ensure system integrity and data protection. Knowledge of Windows and Linux-based servers and applications. Knowledge of basic TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting. Proven experience in change management and incident resolution. Proficient in ServiceNow. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with datacenter on-site operations. Ability to collaborate with third-party vendors for repair facilitation. Experience in infrastructure-related tasks, such as building virtual machines. Proficiency in maintaining up-to-date documentation. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM). Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Update Services (WSUS). Expertise in managing and operating VMware vSphere environments. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
