Building and deploying new websites and web applications using AEM Sites. This includes developing templates, components, and services according to the business requirements. Implementing, customizing, and managing Adobe Journey Optimizer, which is Adobe's platform designed to orchestrate and deliver personalized customer experiences across various channels. Setting up and configuring Adobe Journey Optimizer to align with the specific marketing strategies and goals of an organization. This includes integrating it with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and third-party systems. Designing and implementing customer journey workflows that include triggers, decision points, and actions across multiple channels. This also involves testing and optimizing these journeys based on performance data. Creating and managing audience segments to target specific user groups with personalized content and messages. This includes leveraging data from various sources to refine targeting strategies. Integrating data from various sources into Adobe Journey Optimizer to ensure that customer data is accurate and up-to-date. This can involve working with APIs, webhooks, and other data transfer mechanisms.
