What matters most is the Oracle HCM experience This role is supporting Product Technology - specifically Solution Modernization 12-month CTH with the possibility of extending Pre-screen consists of 5 video questions and a games section This role is for a skilled Product Manager with extensive experience in Oracle HCM, specifically Oracle Recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning and execution of recruiting products throughout the product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and ensuring that revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager will also ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals in the recruiting and talent management space. Requirements Proven experience with Oracle HCM, specifically in Oracle Recruiting Strong technical background with comprehensive understanding of product management throughout the entire lifecycle Excellent stakeholder management skills Ability to effectively create and communicate product roadmaps and visions Proficiency in requirements management and agile methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Typical Duties Manage all technical aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle Prioritize backlog items post-Oracle HCM rollout Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and third parties to ensure the execution of deliverables Create, maintain, and communicate product catalog and technology roadmaps, including near-term delivery, to engage stakeholders across the organization Identify, measure, and improve key product catalog metrics to enhance the customer experience Develop a compelling product vision using web metrics, customer insights, feedback, research, and internal operational metrics Elicit, define, and analyze medium to complex requirements in various formats, ensuring they are testable, measurable, and traceable Set criteria for minimum viable product to increase the speed/frequency of delivering enhancements and new capabilities Lead teams to refine, prioritize, and manage requirements using various tools (e.g., templates, team backlogs, requirements management or agile task management applications) Conduct requirement walk-throughs with key stakeholders using methods such as team demos, workshops, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions Estimate anticipated work efforts based on priority using requirement work plans, program increment (PI) planning, and sprint planning Define and resolve dependencies, issues, and risks, identifying impacted areas through team collaboration Break down a medium to complex vision into smaller projects, initiatives, or features Keywords: green card Urgent Hiring for Oracle HCM Product Manager(100% Remote) [email protected] |
