Type 12+ months with potential to extend Location 100% Remote Exp required 5+ years Job Summary: The client seeks a skilled Blue Yonder contractor with experience in Cold Chain processes and a deep understanding of supply chain management, particularly within distribution center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering product/business solutions, providing industry best practices, and managing various aspects of the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS). Key Responsibilities: Design & Delivery: Lead the overall product/business solution design and implementation. Consulting: Advise customers on industry best practices and process methodologies. Operational Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in supply chain management, especially in distribution center operations. Client Workshops: Participate in workshops to capture and document business requirements and processes. Configuration: Configure Warehouse Management software to meet business requirements as per the Functional Business Requirements. Documentation: Create User Stories, test plans, and scenarios. Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements across the product lifecycle. Collaboration: Work with other squads within the Product/Platform to implement cross-squad tasks. Squad Participation: Actively engage in all squad ceremonies; lead and optimize the flow of value. Issue Resolution: Lead issue resolution efforts involving Blue Yonder (BY), SAP eWM WMS, WCS, Infrastructure, external suppliers, and business partners. Partnership: Collaborate with business and IT teams to scope, define, and implement changes and projects. Quality Assurance: Work with DC operations and QA teams for site audits. Qualifications: Experience in at least two full life cycle Blue Yonder WMS projects. Proficiency in SQL Query. Experience in developing User Stories. Must have experience with Cold Chain processes within Blue Yonder.
