The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs as part of our Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, specifically focusing on Oracle Transportation Management. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, external service providers, and vendors to ensure a seamless transition and adoption of new processes and systems across our organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of end user training materials and programs for ERP process changes, particularly Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Transportation Management. Collaborate with the Change Management Team to develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy, curriculum, and plan. Design and deliver training content in various formats, including instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning, ensuring SCORM compliance where applicable. Manage the Oracle Fusion Cloud Training Environment, including data staging and user administration. Develop business process maps, training exercises, and hands-on practice scenarios to support end user learning. Coordinate and manage training logistics, including scheduling, registration, and effectiveness evaluation. Analyze training feedback and adoption metrics, reporting on results and implementing improvements as necessary. Participate in Hypercare and post go-live training initiatives to ensure continuous learning and improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software/ERP training design and delivery, with at least 2 years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. Experience with Oracle Transportation Management or equivalent systems. Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Captivate) and business process mapping tools (e.g., Visio). Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Advanced skills in Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Additional Information: The position may require travel to various client branches for end user engagement and training, with reasonable and customary travel expenses reimbursed.
