Job Description Apache NiFi Architect Need Candidate LinkedIn We are seeking a highly skilled Apache NiFi Architect to design, develop, and implement robust data ingestion and processing pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data engineering principles, a proven track record in architecting complex data flows, and extensive experience with Apache NiFi. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex data pipelines using Apache NiFi. Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant NiFi data flows. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective NiFi solutions. Optimize NiFi clusters for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the data pipeline. Troubleshoot and resolve NiFi-related issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data engineering and Apache NiFi. Mentor and guide junior team members in NiFi development and best practices. Required Skills and Experience: Strong proficiency in Apache NiFi architecture and development. Hands-on experience with NiFi processors, controllers, and reporting tasks. Expertise in data engineering principles, data modeling, and ETL processes. Knowledge of data formats (JSON, CSV, Avro, Parquet, etc.) and data serialization/deserialization. Experience with scripting languages (Python, Groovy) for custom processor development. Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 7-10 years experience with Apache NiFi. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Certifications in Apache NiFi or related technologies. Contributions to open-source projects.
