Position- Mongo DBA Location- Berkley Heights, NJ(onsite) Duration -12 month contract Visa- USC, GC, H1b Job Responsibilities: Experience with implementing multi-data center MongoDB replica sets and sharded clusters across On-Prem Linux and Cloud Platforms. Manage MongoDB databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems. Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security. Database performance tuning of MongoDBs Ensure database security with knowledge of audit, security, backup/recovery and encryption at rest. Planning, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting of high-available database environments. Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time by providing end-to-end problem resolution. Refine and automate regular processes, track issues and document changes for efficiency and cost optimization. Share domain and technical expertise, provide technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members. Work with customers, business stakeholders and technical resources. Minimum Required Skills and Experience: Five years of experience on MongoDB in database administration as a DBA Five years of enterprise in an environment with multiple and complex database servers as a DBA Experience in database migrations and providing direct support for application migration waves, Experience in the optimization of database health including validations and monitoring. Experience with automation, validating and assisting in the enablement of automated capabilities for DBMS configuration and management Prior work with the provisioning, building, configuration, patching and maintenance of MongoDB Clusters. Prior work supporting remediation identified issues during migrations 26.
