Job title: AEM Content Strategist Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Visa--USC GC Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content strategy, content management, and digital marketing within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can create, manage, and optimize content across multiple digital platforms to drive engagement and achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs. Content Creation and Management: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content for websites, landing pages, and other digital assets using AEM. SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to increase visibility and drive traffic. Content Audits: Conduct regular content audits to assess the effectiveness of current content and identify areas for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure content is consistent, on-brand, and aligned with overall marketing strategies. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize content strategy. AEM Expertise: Utilize AEM to its fullest potential, leveraging its features and functionalities to enhance content management and delivery. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on best practices for content creation, management, and optimization within AEM. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in content strategy, content management, or digital marketing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with AEM. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AEM and other content management systems. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
