Five (5) years overall ERP administration experience. 2. Three (3) years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. 3. Experience in at least one implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. 4. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications and Competencies (or equivalent): Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to train internal staff.. Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. Experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM. Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion including AI capabilities. Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Working knowledge with business process workflows. Working knowledge with functional/technical design specifications. Working knowledge with data conversions and overall data management. Working knowledge of SDLC, IT Change Control processes, Deployment Methodologies and Application Server Life Cycle Management. Working knowledge with core technologies including: ServiceNow, Office365. Certification - at least 1 of the following (or equivalent): o Oracle Financials Cloud <Function> Implementation Professional o Oracle Payroll Cloud Implementation Professional o Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Implementation Professional o Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Implementation Professional o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Application Integration Professional o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Enterprise Analytics Professional o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2023 Digital Assistant Professional o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate.
