Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices. Requirements: Proven experience as a Backend Developer with expertise in Node.js. Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript. Experience with server-side frameworks like Express.js or similar. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with database systems such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker).
