The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving large-scale HR system implementations, specifically with SuccessFactors. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities Lead the overall SuccessFactors HR implementation project for Allianz, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with HR regulations. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and timelines. Manage project budget and resources effectively. Collaborate with HR business partners and IT teams to gather requirements and design configuration for SuccessFactors modules. Configure and test SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central Payroll and Communication. Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system quality and data accuracy. Manage change management initiatives to support user adoption of the new system. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors after go-live.Required Skills and Experience 10+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors. Deep expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Communication modules. Proven track record of leading successful HR system implementations. Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with data migration and integration processes.
