The Domain SME is expected to: Work closely with the onshore and offshore team to ensure delivery team understands the overall workstream functionality and individual business capability. Have overall ownership of offshore functional needs. Train the team on domain, business, upstream downstream impact. Review the build demo and provide required inputs as per the stories. Review the test cases from functional standpoint. Act as a leader within the company Requirements: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience as SME in Banking Functional background, with knowledge/experience in consumer banking deposits, loans, cards, mortgages and payments Excellent teamwork skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Skill (Primary): Quality & Tools consulting (APPS)-Quality Consulting-Domain standards based consulting Job FamilyProduct / Domain Consulting.
