Customer Onboarding Models: Develop and refine mathematical models to recommend appropriate product quantities and substitutions for new customers. Seasonality Analysis: Analyze seasonal trends in different regions, particularly Florida hospitals, to inform product inventory and sutures. Data Integration and Analysis: Implement new methods for obtaining and analyzing data from sources such as Baptist hospital, comparing different methodologies to identify changes and impacts. AI Utilization: Integrate AI technologies into data analysis processes to enhance insights and operational efficiency. Technical Skills: Power BI: Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and optimizing PowerBI reports. Python: Experience with Python for data analysis and developing tools to recommend product placement. Ability to enhance existing Python tools for greater flexibility and functionality. Automation: Identify and automate repetitive data tasks to increase efficiency and allow team members to focus on more innovative work. Gurobi SQL Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the healthcare industry. Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the big picture and understand business impacts. Experience working in a collaborative team environment, especially with external consulting firms. Ability to work independently, execute tasks efficiently, and contribute innovative ideas. Additional Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively share insights with team members and stakeholders. Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to wear many hats and take on various roles as needed. A passion for using data to drive business decisions and improve operational outcomes.
