Problem Solving: Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while delivering high-quality results.Essential Skills Deep Expertise in Palo Alto Networks: Proven proficiency in Palo Alto firewall, Panorama, and Prisma Access Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). Network and Security Architecture: Strong understanding of network and security architecture principles. Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto firewall features, including content updates, wildfire, URL filtering, and NAT. Hands-on Experience: Proven ability to configure and manage Panorama, log collector, templates, and policies. Prisma Expertise: Hands-on experience with Prisma, Prisma Gateway, security policies, DNS security, decryption, file blocking, and tunnel management. Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent ability to diagnose and resolve firewall, Global Protect, and application performance issues. VPN and Policy Management: Expertise in managing firewall VPNs, rules, and policies using Palo Alto, Panorama, and Prisma platforms. Network Security Administration: Strong foundation in network security administration and troubleshooting. Operational Excellence: Proven ability to perform essential firewall maintenance tasks, including backups, health checks, patching, configuration, and BCP testing. Networking Fundamentals: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, SSL, TLS, and certificate management. Cisco and Juniper Experience: Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper firewalls is a plus. Additional Technologies: Knowledge of network-centric applications like TACACS, RADIUS, and Syslog, as well as experience with 802.1x network authentication is beneficial.Desirable Skills Analytical and Organizational Abilities: Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
