Must Have: Extensive IAM Experience - PING Architecture/Design : must have experience leading other resources and driving deliverables in a large complex organization. Recent PING Experience : "We are looking for people who can take the use cases and configure and make it happen in PING and then document the whole process into the solution design." Technical Requirements: Overall 15+ years of hands-on working experience in the Identity and Access Management area at the enterprise level. Must be able to produce architectural patterns and solution design documents based on refined business requirements. A hands-on technical experience is required to conduct the POC and solution design in a development environment. Should have some development experience in building POC and prototypes. Must have LDAP and Active Directory integration experience. Must be an expert in Authentication & Access Management area and related technology: Authentication space (10+ years) MUST: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) including password less MFA. Security knowledge of various technology & protocols - Biometric authentication, WebAuthn, FIDO, NIST Biometric Data Exchange Format, PKI, Mobile MFA, OTP, behavior & risk-based authentication.
