Provide solution and ideas to improve the performance of the batch. Lead all the administrative support activi system upgrades at enterprise level. Ensure all Minor Enhancements (as prioritized), bug fixes, testing of minor changes and deployment to I production environments are done flawlessly. Desired Skills & Experience 10+ years of Industry experience Should have experience in managing the team of 15+ members, mentor/ guide the team in case of any issues, inspire/ motivate team for excellence Working experience on Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, Autosys Batch monitoring, Java API & AWS cloud support, java Spring batch/boot s MDM knowledge needs to be picked up if not available Should have knowledge in SQL and Data Warehouse concepts Should have experience working on Unix/Linux Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now and Agile tools like JIRA Should have experience in identify the root cause and suggest the fixes by understanding the code Well versed with Production Support best practices and methodologies Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
