| Hello Sairam, I hope you are doing Good! Gretings from TekGence.com Role: ServiceNow Consultant Years of Experience: 12+ years Location: Remote. As a consultant within the DI team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value. Responsibility: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements. Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Design and document optimized processes aligned with industry best practices and ServiceNow capabilities. Lead process workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate process designs. Ensure the effective implementation of new processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Provide guidance and support to ensure process adherence and alignment with project goals. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to educate users on new processes and best practices. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes, using key performance indicators to track progress. Identify and manage process-related risks and issues, proposing and implementing mitigation strategies. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Process Consultant or Business Analyst, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in process improvement. Strong background in ServiceNow, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow process design and implementation. Excellent understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HAM & SAM principles. Certification in ServiceNow (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) is highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive process improvements. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart). Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement certification. Experience in conducting process maturity assessments and gap analysis.
