| Dear Vendors, Please share the profile for the below role Job Title: Sr Oracle Payroll Developer Job Location: Charlotte, NC(100% remote, but need someone to work on-site for the first week) Interview: Virtual Job Duration: 100% Remote Top Requirements: Over 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM development Expertise in payroll processing within Oracle HCM Proficiency in Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC Experience in testing payroll process flows (on/off cycle), GL costing, and creating third-party files Knowledge of configuration, taxes, and costing Experience with HDL loaders or HSDL loaders Nice to Haves: Experience with Oracle FAW Knowledge of OIC Day-to-Day Responsibilities/Project Specifics: The team now seeks to internalize Oracle expertise, particularly for payroll. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth Oracle HCM payroll knowledge and a willingness to share this knowledge with the team. This hands-on role involves development work to help keep the project on budget. Tasks will be varied and may extend beyond the scope of the SI partners contract. Key responsibilities include: Assisting the Payroll Technology team in testing Payroll OHCM processes, identifying, analyzing, and documenting bugs, and meticulously running tests, documenting, and reporting results. Reporting defects and collaborating with software developers to find and implement fixes. Using Oracle Cloud methodologies to create, enhance, and troubleshoot components/tools such as Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, PL-SQL, and OIC. Assisting in testing on-cycle and off-cycle payroll process flows, GL costing, and creating third-party files. Loading data using HDL and HSDL loaders for Payroll-related items.
