As Allianz Life is a B to B to C organization this team is taking a look at the Front End of the website(Microfrontend) and assessing what each feature or product needs to do and who is actually utilizing it. In doing so they will be decoupling existing scripts to then move over to the modernized platform. This position is both Business and Technology focused (50/50 split), supporting business end users and working with the dedicated agile development team at ATA. Sort of routine work that they are doing on an end to end basis. This person will be requirements gathering, creating TRD's and supporting Agile Team and Business on an Agile Sprint basis. Working on .Com sites and B to B to C Key Responsibilities Partner with the product owner to define business and user needs. Elicit requirements using a variety of techniques, including facilitating working sessions with business partners, business analysis and online research. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Partner with product owner and business stakeholders to document and refine user stories and the associated acceptance criteria for the team and continuously groom the backlog. Assist product owner with prioritization of stories to prep for sprint planning and identify business and technical impacts of dependencies related to priority decisions. Oversee the delivery and validation of the desired experiences, which consist of features and functionality on allianzlife.com. Minimum Requirements 3-5 years' experience working as a business analyst, scrum master or project manager within an agile environment. Highly motivated and dependable with strong organizational and communication skills. Strong relationship building skills to work with multiple business partners and a cross-functioning scrum team Must be able to manage and balance multiple tasks.
