Role: Informatica Support Lead with API

Location: Irvine, CA , onsite

Duration: 6 to 12 Months Contract

JD:

s a Support Lead, you will be a key player in the team and all team members, responsible for monitoring the batches of multiple applications batches complete on time and the any issues/incidents which get triggered are resolved within the SLA by Troubleshoot the issues and identify permanent solutions of those. Provide solution and ideas to improve the performance of the batch. Lead all the administrative support active system upgrades at enterprise level. Ensure all Minor Enhancements (as prioritized), bug fixes, testing of minor changes and deployment to production environments are done flawlessly.

Desired Skills & Experience

10+ years of Industry experience

Should have experience in managing the team of 15+ members, mentor/ guide the team in case of any issues, inspire/ motivate team for excellence

Working experience on Informatica PowerCenter, IDQ, Autosys Batch monitoring, Java API & AWS cloud support, java Spring batch/boots MDM knowledge needs to be picked up if not available

Should have knowledge in SQL and Data Warehouse concepts

Should have experience working on Unix/Linux

Knowledge of ITSM tools like Service Now and Agile tools like JIRA

Should have experience in identify the root cause and suggest the fixes by understanding the code

Well versed with Production Support best practices and methodologies

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to express information and ideas vividly

Demonstrates aptitude in logical and analytical thinking, as well as displaying strong problem-solving skills to resolve production Facilitate discussions on RCA and track action items

Collection of support/ system metrics accurately and timeline client reporting
