Implement best practices for experiment tracking, version control, and reproducibility of ML/DL/LLM workflows. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and accuracy. Infrastructure Management and Optimization: Manage administration and setup procedures for Azure ML and LLM infrastructure. Configure and provision GPU compute resources using Terraform or similar infrastructure as code modules. Optimize infrastructure resources for cost-effectiveness and scalability. CI/CD Pipeline Implementation: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated model deployment and testing. Utilize Git actions for version control, code review, and continuous integration. Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor model performance and health in production environments. Implement monitoring solutions for infrastructure resources, including GPU compute and storage. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability and security. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation for ML/DL/LLM processes, infrastructure configurations, and CI/CD pipelines. Share knowledge and best practices with the team and stakeholders. Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field from a reputable US institution. 10+ years of experience in managing ML, DL, and LLM model development processes. Strong background in data engineering, feature engineering, and model training. Experience with Azure ML and LLM technologies, including infrastructure setup and administration. Proficiency in using Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools for managing cloud resources. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git actions, and version control systems. Familiarity with GPU compute management and optimization for ML/DL workloads. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
