Serve as a technical lead and mentor. Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service. Detail design, development and unit / integration testing utilizing the appropriate methodologies, technology and tools. Contribute to the production of client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, unit test plans and well documented code. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members. Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level. Work independently with a focus on first-time quality without requiring excessive review by more senior team members. Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse. Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality to promote client satisfaction. Qualifications for Internal Candidates Passionate coder with 12+ years of application development experience 5+ years of Full Stack- .Net, Angular, AWS, restful APIs and SQL Experience leading teams. Ability to lead decision making process and re-define requirements. Experience in CI/CD Frameworks specifically for API build and deployment. Full life-cycle development experience with Agile/Scrum project approach. Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments. Team oriented, interpersonal, highly motivated, passionate and creative team-player with ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within and external to the organization. Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth. Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers. Strong sense of urgency, detail oriented with the ability to manage and prioritize workflow. Needs to be onsite at least 3 times a week at the Fort Mill, SC location.
