This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of SAP SD processes, configuration, and integration with other SAP modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and leading implementation projects to ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: Apply functional and technical expertise in SAP SD and related tools/systems to drive regulatory compliance initiatives. Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements and design comprehensive end-to-end solutions. Lead configuration and development activities, collaborating with internal and external teams. Adhere to formal system implementation methodologies throughout the project lifecycle (preparation, requirements gathering, design, build, test, deployment). Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 8+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP solutions in a techno-functional role. Strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution, including master data, order capture, pricing, supply chain logistics, billing, and foreign trade. Minimum 3-5 full lifecycle global implementations with experience in complex, multi-entity environments. Proven track record in implementing regulatory compliance solutions (highly preferred). In-depth knowledge of tax-optimized supply chains, eInvoicing, and automated customs reporting. Strong business process acumen with the ability to map requirements to standard SAP processes. Proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies and modern software development practices. Understanding of non-SAP application integration via ALE/IDOC and other communication channels. Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies and experience with automation tools. Basic ABAP debugging skills and understanding of SAP table structure. Familiarity with other SAP modules (MM, PS, SM, FI/CO) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong consulting and leadership skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous information. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. Certifications in SAP SD or related areas.
