FYI Below is the requirement: Role: Business Analyst (743558) Location: Columbus, OH (Remote & Locals) Experience: 9+ Years Rate: $50/Hr on C2C | No CPT | LinkedIn** Must have Ohio DL or ID Must have prio State Client experience This position will function as a highly skilled Business Analyst 3 with specific responsibilities that include: Work with business units and other stakeholders to gather information. Using techniques like interviews, work sessions, storyboarding, and prototyping. Elicit, analyze, document, and communicate business requirements. Analyze high-level business requirements and translate them into more detailed user stories, use cases, and other functional requirement documents such as process flows, screen mock-ups, gap analysis, etc Create documents and other artifacts to promote sustainable knowledge management within the organization. Work closely with the program manager, project manager, and senior business analyst. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to support testing efforts. Create and maintain business process workflows and flowcharts. Analyze current business processes for improvement and lean approach. Perform validation of solutions by analyzing the end product and the requirements specifications. Assist in developing project task plans, leading meetings, and other related tasks to gather and coordinate activities for requirements gathering. Change management implementation.
